What is a Lott?

A Lott is a physical football match keepsake built around the details of a game that matters to you. The design mixes the information structure of a classic match ticket with a cleaner modern digital-ticket style.

What can I personalise?

On a Custom Lott you can choose the competition, home team and away team, then add matchday details such as the date, kick-off, venue, stand, block, row and seat. Available fields can vary by design.

Do I need to know my exact seat?

No. If you do not know every detail, leave optional fields blank or use the details you want remembered. The fixture and matchday are the important part.

Can I request a match that is not listed?

Yes. Use our Request a Match page or email hello@lottsarchive.com.

Can I request another club?

Yes. The Archive is expanding. Use our Request a Club page to tell us what you want next.

How long does an order take?

Made-to-order products need production time before dispatch. The current estimate will be shown on the relevant product page, at checkout or in your order information where applicable. Delivery time is additional.

Will separate products arrive together?

Not always. Some clothing and accessories are made and fulfilled by a production partner, so they may be dispatched separately from a Lott.

Can I change my custom details after ordering?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to amend the order. Once a personalised item is in production, changes may not be possible.

Can I return a personalised Lott?

Personalised goods are generally treated differently from standard goods for change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. See Terms, Delivery & Returns for full details before launch.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email hello@lottsarchive.com with your order number and photographs where useful. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Are Lotts official club products?

Lotts Archive is an independent football-culture brand. Any third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners unless a product is expressly stated to be licensed or official.
